About

In the mod, Grand Admiral Thrawn is a ruthless individual and the head of the Imperial Chiss armada.Thrawn will stop at nothing to achieve his goal. He has been touched with the powers of Hermaeus Mora, and has quickly ascended over 25 years as a near god-like figure on Nirn. He works tirelessly to captivate the populace, as he has limited resources since his ships mysteriously abandonded him when the Imperial Chiss armada first arrived.

In combat

Thrawn is an incredibly powerful enemy, capable of wielding magic such as red lightning, blizzards, and firestorm. He's mastered many type of shouts, allowing him to knock enemies flying, disorient them, drain their strength, rip dragons apart, turn enemies into allies, and more. He's also proficient in both melee and ranged combat, and prefers twohanded weapons. However, he will often switch weapons mid-combat, forever keeping his foe confused.

He is immune to Fear, Frenzy and Calm effects. He's difficult to stagger, moves extremely quickly, and will evade slow projectiles with easy. He's capable of wielding powerful magic buffs based on his homeworld, Csilla, and can heal, reinforce, and resurrect his allies if given any opportunity. He has also mastered "Phantom Illusion", which is a shout that summons weaker images of Thrawn to fight for him. They deal full damage, but take little to dispatch.

Outside of Combat

Outside of combat, Thrawn can often be found in towns and cities, talking with jarls, spies, merchants and more in an attempt to diplomatically win the populace of Skyrim. When approached in these settlements, he will be vocally hostile to a Resistance soldier, but will not engage in combat under any circumstances, save for self defense. He can buy and sell with the Player, but will give atrocious prices for any of his gear.

If the player defeats Thrawn, he will disappear for a random period of time before resuming his work. The powers that protect him make him semi-immortal, and as such he can only be slowed down, not stopped. This has kept the Resistance in a very heightened state of alert, and created many cult-followings across Skyrim of worshippers.

Thrawn's inventory rivals a pack-rat player's, often containing hundreds of things that visibly have no purpose or use. He will manage it as he sees fit, dropping equipment, switching armor and weapons in combat, and more.
