Invasion of Skyrim Wikia

CESKA[]

Ceska

Guard Captain Ceska is a salty ex-captain of a ship dubbed "Sapphire". His continued existence serves only to irritate him, as he gave up hope long ago of ever getting away from Skyrim.

Ceska is a proud warrior who scoffs at the mercenaries and bandits that plague Nirn. He even goes as far to refer to them as "money-grubbing whores" in his first interaction with the Dragonborn.

Ceska is an intelligent man who speaks openly and dangerously about anything that crosses his mind. He is not above threatening and extorting to get his way with people. He has conflicting taste on alcoholic beverages, sometimes claiming it helps him sleep, but other times referring to it as filth that must be removed from his presence.

Ceska can be found patrolling the Resistance Headquarter Warrens at most times of day and night. He will inspect the training Etok Commandos before heading up to General Draqh's room for a chat, and finally closes the loop by staring off into the underground pond.

In combat, Ceska is an incredibly skilled opponent. One of the best bladesman in the Resistance, he will outlast any target in a one-on-one duel if equipped with either a longsword or a greatsword. His preference is Heavy Armor.

QUEST - FOLLOWER[]

Ceska can be convinced to follow the Dragonborn, but must first be brought a Mammoth's Tusk and a Saber Cat Pelt. He will not pay you for your endeavor, claiming that a true honorable warrior can complete tasks without monetary compensation. This will prove to him that there are still honorable warriors on Skyrim, and change his attitude towards the Dragonborn completely. This will open up new dialogue options as well.

AFTER THE WAR[]

After the events of the "Showdown", Ceska continues to pledge his loyalty to the Dragonborn. His undying loyalty follows him until his tragic death, where he finds himself surrounded by Ex-Thalmor warriors. Ceska bravely fights his aggressors off, defeating over twenty of them alone before a barrage of torturous magic finally ends his life. Upon learning of Ceska's death, a grieving Dragonborn tracks the band of Thalmor traitors and slaughters them all without mercy. The Dragonborn mounts a monument on the Resistance' island with Ceska's armor, where he will forever be immortalized as the best bladesman during the Chiss fuedal war.
